Terms of Use

01Acceptance

These terms govern your use of the DentiStack website and platform. By using either, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a practice or company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

Where a signed agreement exists between your organisation and DentiStack, that agreement takes precedence over these terms wherever the two differ.

02The service

DentiStack provides practice management software covering patient engagement, clinical workflows, financial management, practice operations and analytics, together with the optional AI agents described on this site.

We may add, change or withdraw features. Where a change materially reduces a function you rely on, we will give reasonable notice before it takes effect.

03Accounts and access

Accounts are issued to named individuals and must not be shared. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account.

Practices are responsible for granting and revoking access for their own staff, including removing access promptly when someone leaves.

Tell us without delay if you believe an account has been compromised.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of professional or regulatory obligations.
• Attempt to gain access to data or accounts you are not authorised to see.
• Probe, scan or test the security of the service without our written permission.
• Reverse engineer, copy or resell the platform or any part of it.
• Upload malicious code, or anything that interferes with the service for others.

05Clinical responsibility

DentiStack is a record-keeping and workflow system. It does not practise dentistry and does not provide clinical advice.

Where AI agents draft notes, suggest codes or surface findings, that output is a draft. A qualified clinician remains responsible for reviewing and approving anything that enters the clinical record, and for every clinical decision made.

06Your data

Data your practice enters remains yours. We claim no ownership over it and do not use clinical data to train artificial-intelligence models.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter, and for holding whatever patient consents apply to it. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

On termination we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period before deleting it in line with our retention schedule.

07Fees

Fees, billing periods and any minimum term are set out in your order or subscription agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes.

Late payment may result in suspension of access after notice. Suspension does not delete your data.

08Availability

We aim to keep the platform available continuously, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside normal clinic hours wherever practicable and announced in advance.

Any service-level commitments that apply to you are those in your signed agreement.

09Intellectual property

The platform, its software, design and documentation remain the property of DentiStack AI and its licensors. Using the service grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your practice, and nothing more.

10Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees paid by you in that period.

11Termination

Either party may terminate in accordance with the subscription agreement. We may suspend or terminate access immediately where there is a serious breach of these terms or a risk to the security of the service or other users.

12Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of the Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction.
